Hinson DE-4611 LiDAR: Compact 4-Line Laser Sensor for Reliable Obstacle Detection and Mobile Robot Safety

Technical Information The Hinson DE-4611 is a high-performance 2D TOF LiDAR sensor engineered for industrial automation, AGVs, AMRs, and robotic applications. Featuring a 120° scanning angle with a 4-line scan architecture and 12° vertical field of view, it delivers accurate object detection at distances from 0.05 m to 4 m. The sensor provides ±40 mm measurement accuracy, 0.5° point cloud resolution, and a 10 Hz × 4 scanning frequency for dependable real-time perception. With 16 configurable obstacle detection channels, Class 1 eye-safe laser technology, low power consumption below 2 W, and reliable operation in ambient light up to 80,000 lux, the DE-4611 ensures robust performance in demanding industrial environments

Software, Interfaces, and Integration The DE-4611 supports Type-C connectivity and features 4 PNP digital inputs and 4 PNP digital outputs, enabling flexible integration into robot controllers, automation systems, and safety applications. Configurable detection zones, adjustable output delays, and real-time data processing simplify commissioning and system tuning. Its compact design, standard operating voltage range of 12-30 VDC, and straightforward interface options allow rapid deployment in both new and existing automation platforms
