In addition to 1-component materials from cartridges, hobbocks and drums, 2-component materials can also be applied with the right valve technology. The optional needle measurement for the automated input of offset values ensures consistent precision even after the cartridge change.

Handling and joining tasks can be programmed via the Igus Robot Control (IRC), whereby the DXF import represents an even simpler way of quickly implementing complex 2D contours in a dispensing programme in the future. An integrated weighing cell controls the dispensing process and ensures the defined adhesive quantity, thereby reducing waste and guaranteeing a consistently high quality of the dispensing process. The recurring, precise material application ensures the high quality of the dispensing process, minimising rework. Defined material application in the right place ensures sustainability through economical material consumption and reduces material waste.
