HITBOT EFG-R | Eletric gripper
The Hitbot Z-EFG-R is a 2-finger parallel electric gripper designed for industrial applications that require precision, stability and flexible integration with collaborative robots and automated systems. Its compact and robust design enables efficient operation in continuous automation processes.
The gripper features a 20 mm adjustable total stroke, adjustable gripping force from 30 to 80 N and a recommended payload capacity of up to 0.8 kg. Its mechanical system with rack-and-pinion transmission combined with cross roller guides provides stable motion, high precision and long operational lifespan.
With ±0.02 mm repeatability and a minimum motion time of only 0.45 s, the Z-EFG-R delivers excellent performance in applications such as pick-and-place, precision assembly, electronic component handling, laboratory automation and machine tending.
The model uses a high-precision servo motor, 24V power supply and IP40 protection rating, while maintaining low power consumption of only 5W. Compatible with 6-axis collaborative robots such as UR, Aubo and other cobots, its lightweight 0.5 kg structure allows easy integration into modern automated cells.
