The process began with vacuum technology, which securely picked up a plastic disc to ensure reliable handling. The disc was then precisely positioned, demonstrating the high accuracy required in production workflows. In the final step, the positioned disc was pressed in using an aluminum profile attached next to the gripper, highlighting the system’s adaptability to include additional functional components.
